Last night (Tuesday 26 March) UCL’s Reserved Matters applications for the new UCL East campus were approved following a unanimous resolution from the LLDC Planning Decisions Committee.

Construction is to start on phase one this summer, which along with the LDS-led Pool Street West sees the delivery of Marshgate 1 by a Stanton Williams-led team and significant public realm design by VOGT Landscape
