Two projects have made the shortlists for the coveted Housing Design Awards in 2013.

The first phase of the Kidbrooke masterplan, which provides 80 houses for residents on the former Ferrier Estate, has made the shortlist for the completed scheme category. It provides a visual and social link to the surrounding community and has been unanimously popular with residents and neighbours since it completed last year. The second phase of the South Kilburn Masterplan, Bronte and Fielding House, has made the shortlist for the project scheme category. Designed in partnership with Alison Brooks Architects the scheme represents the practice’s second scheme on the masterplan, the first of which, Cambridge and Wells Court, won a project scheme award in 2011.
