Alan Stewart, BArch (Hons), DipArch, ARB, RIBA, RIAS
Having graduated from the Mackintosh School of Architecture, Alan joined Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands in 2011 and has been involved in a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in the UK and overseas. His experience spans high profile competition entries, through concept and scheme design to detailed production information and delivery on a variety of significant, award winning projects. Recent experience includes the detail design and technical stages of the Hanover Square Masterplan in Mayfair, with particular focus on the new Elizabeth Line Bond St Station, Over Site Development (OSD) now under construction. Alan also led the envelope design team through the technical stages for Wedge House, a seventeen storey mixed-use scheme which is also currently on site on Blackfriars Road for Hoxton Hotels. More recently he has been involved in developing scheme designs for a number of projects including a thirty three storey residential tower at Greenwich Peninsula, a 300 dwelling low rise development and several competitions, including those for sites on Oxford Street comprising of a mixture of new and retained buildings with uses ranging from a department store, hotel and offices.
