Yesterday the Illuminated River was awarded the best unbuilt cultural project at the NLA Awards at a fantastic lunch held at the Guildhall. The NLA cited that ‘the extraordinary project encompasses large scale free public art, urban design and architecture, the environment, public realm and communities’.
