Fantastic news that our project One Pool Street for UCL has won a prestigious RIBA London Award.

Congratulations to our client UCL East and the project team, including Hilson Moran, AKT II, Vinci Building, People Friendly Design, Bradley-Hole Schoenaich Landscape, and EQ2 Light.

The judges citation said: “The mixed-use brief on a single site is both innovative and unusual, standing in striking contrast to the many monocultural student accommodation schemes being developed across London.

One Pool Street is a highly sophisticated building that puts the importance of the student living experience at its heart. “
